Criminal Justice*Lincoln College Online’s Criminal Justice and the Study of the Criminal Mind program will provide you with a solid foundation in Criminal Justice and Criminology. You’ll acquire a thorough understanding of the essential concepts, theories, principles and practices of criminal justice and with advanced knowledge related to criminal justice and the criminal mind. Career advancement and management skills including human relations, educated decision-making and ethics in the workplace are also explored in depth. You can expect to take core courses like Essentials of Policing, Criminal Procedure, Victimology and Cults, Sects and Violence.
Health Information Administration
Lincoln’s Health Information Administration program is designed to provide students with a thorough knowledge and understanding of healthcare information management systems and organizational structures. Health Information Administration (HIA) professionals play a critical role in maintaining, collecting, and analyzing the data that doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers rely on to deliver quality healthcare. They are experts in managing patient health information and medical records, administering computer information systems, and coding the diagnosis and procedures for healthcare services provided to patients.
Health Information Technology
Within less than two years of study, you’ll complete 17 health information online courses in subjects including Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Health Systems and Procedures, Healthcare Data Applications, and much more. Out Health Information Technology degree program also includes four internships, each designed to focus on specific topics as your knowledge grows, including Health Record Processing, Inpatient Coding, Nontraditional sites, and Health Data Processing. These experiential learning opportunities provide our students with the tools for personal and professional development needed for success in the workplace.
